Luna became a mother while still barely an adult. Rescued with her puppies, she has been waiting — months/years – for a loving and safe home of her own.
Luna is reflective of the hound mix that she is – she’s great at alerting you to action around your property; she LOVES food and while she is independent and loves to explore wherever her nose takes her, she always returns home to her safe space.
While Luna is good on leash and enjoys being out-and-about, she is more of a homebody.
Luna currently lives with multiple dogs of various ages and sizes and she is great with them all. She can be high energy and loves to play with other dogs of similar energy and personality levels. She is also happy to ignore those who do not fit with her personality.
Luna is also good with cats. She lives with one and pays it zero attention. She is happy to ignore her and is fine sharing space with her in bed at night.
Finally, Luna is a HUGE cuddler. She loves getting love, being close and feeling connected (especially during storms as she is not a fan).
